Return & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Radhi India. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our exchange policy below:

  1. Refund/Returns: We have a no refund and return policy. However we offer exchange incase of size issues. 

  2. Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed in the case of size issue. Exchanges are available exclusively for fitting issues, provided you report the size discrepancy within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

  3. Exchange Procedure: If you encounter a size issue with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:

    • Kindly reach out to us via email at info.radhiindia@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to size issues. 
    • Upon acceptance of your exchange request our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel. We will provide a return shipping label.
    • Pack the item securely and ship it back to the return address.
    • Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.
    • Forward shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange. One size/free size products are not eligible for an exchange.

 

You can drop a mail to info.radhiindia@gmail.com with the subject  'EXCHANGE-NAME-ORDER NUMBER'. Once approved, we shall mail you the address to courier it back to us.
